Droidware System Alerts collects and stores only one piece of personal information: the operator’s own phone number, used solely for delivering system notifications.
No other personal data is collected, shared, or sold.
Messages are strictly internal operational alerts.
This service has no customers, no marketing lists, and no third-party recipients.
The operator’s phone number is retained for as long as the alerting configuration is active. After unsubscribe (STOP), the number is marked opted-out and the system will not send further messages to it. Message logs are retained per the operator’s internal monitoring retention policy.
Messages are delivered via Twilio, Inc. Phone numbers and message bodies are transmitted to Twilio solely for the purpose of carrier delivery. Twilio’s own privacy policy governs their handling of that data.
